Greenwood Township (Township of Greenwood)
Greenwood Township is a township in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. It is part of Northeastern Pennsylvania. The population was 1,888 at the 2020 census.
The Sam Eckman Covered Bridge No. 92 and Kramer Covered Bridge No. 113 were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

Indigenous peoples have inhabited the Americas for thousands of years. Beginning in 1607, British colonization led to the establishment of the Thirteen Colonies in what is now the Eastern United States. With the Union's victory and preservation, slavery was abolished nationally by the Thirteenth Amendment.
